Last week we were honored with the visit of OSV network to our production site in Giessen. The representatives from the food industry were updated on the dilemmas many food brands face in making their packaging more sustainable.
What is needed are truly sustainable solutions with impact on both packaging and content. We shared one of our production innovations that will contribute to this: new extrusion towers that can produce barrier packaging films from 100% recyclable mono-material. By retaining essential food packaging properties, this is a revolutionary sustainability innovation for the food industry, among others!
