Met het OTC Test Centre biedt OPACKGROUP klanten en prospects uit onder meer de vlees-, zuivel-, kaas-, bake-off- en visverwerkende industrie de mogelijkheid om nieuwe en duurzamere verpakkingsoplossingen te testen zonder verstoring van hun productieproces. \u201cIn de industri\u00eble verpakkingswereld is dit een echte gamechanger,\u201d zegt Eddy Jansen, sales engineer OPACKGROUP.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWaar het normaal met een drukke productieplanning het maanden kan duren om nieuwe verpakkingen in de productie te testen, kan dit nu snel en veilig plaatsvinden in ons testcentrum.\u201d Het OTC Test Centre maakt deel uit van het OPACKGROUP Technology Centre, een zelfstandig onderzoeks- en testcentrum waar uiteenlopende folies en verpakkingen van plastic en papier worden onderzocht. Binnen het OTC Test Centre ligt de nadruk op thermovormen, flow verpakken, vacu\u00fcm- en krimpverpakken.<\/p>\n\n

PPWR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Met de komst van de nieuwe Europese verpakkingswetgeving, zoals de Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), biedt OPACKGROUP hiermee een toekomstbestendige oplossing. \u201cWij cre\u00ebren een omgeving waarin foodproducenten hun verpakkingen kunnen optimaliseren om te voldoen aan de nieuwe duurzame standaard,\u201d aldus Jansen. Optilayer team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Om de overgang naar recyclebare barri\u00e8reverpakkingen te ondersteunen, heeft OPACKGROUP een team van productspecialisten samengesteld. Het ervaren team, opererend onder de toepasselijke naam Optilayer-team, begeleidt verpakkers bij de ontwikkeling, het testen en de introductie van toekomstbestendige recyclebare verpakkingen.<\/p>\n\n

OPACKGROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

De OPACKGROUP investeert al tientallen jaren in de duurzaamheid van haar productassortiment. Het familiebedrijf produceert klant specifieke, flexibele verpakkingen en folies van hoge kwaliteit voor een wereldwijde klantgroep. Op tien locaties in Nederland worden voortdurend nieuwe verpakkingsconcepten ontwikkeld door middel van extrusie, lamineren, flexodruk en productverwerking.
